I’ve been with TB & Co for nearly five years, beginning as a receptionist and progressing through the legal team to my current role as a Trust Case Manager. That experience has given me a strong understanding of how our processes work end‑to‑end and how important it is for families to feel confident and protected when putting plans in place for the future.

I specialise in our Family Protection Trust, and what I enjoy most is the blend of precision and purpose the role requires. Trust work is detail‑heavy by nature, and I take pride in being thorough, organised, and methodical so clients know their documents have been prepared with care and accuracy. I like ensuring every element is handled properly the first time, giving families the reassurance that their wishes will be carried out exactly as intended.

Every client’s situation is unique, so I focus on understanding their priorities and long‑term goals before guiding them through the trust process. My aim is always to make something that can feel complex much more manageable, helping clients feel secure in the decisions they’re making and confident that their loved ones will be protected.

Ultimately, I want each family I work with to feel that their trust has been built on solid foundations - carefully prepared, clearly explained, and tailored to what matters most to them.
